A. Our jewelry comes directly from Ecuador.
Q. Who makes the jewelry?
A. Our jewelry is handcrafted by local artisans from Ecuador. The get paid fair local price and the more you order, the more we can help them with their economy.

A. We offer free shipping
Q. How long does my order take to arrive?
A. We be mail your order the next business day and you will receive it within 3-4 days.
Q. Can you customize my design and color?
A. Yes, we do custom orders. Please send a drawing or image of your design and the specific colors. Also, please add what materials you would us to use, such as, beads or seeds or both.
Q. How long will my custom order take?
A. We ask our local artisans to work on your order as soon as possible. The estimated shipping time from Ecuador to the United States is between 3-4 weeks. Due to COVID-19, we have seen delays. We would ship your order as soon as we get it, so it would take about 3-4 more days after it arrives from Ecuador.
Q. Can I order wholesale?
A. Yes, you can order 10 or more as wholesale. Please send us an email so we can give you a quote based on the quantity and designs you would need.
Q. What to do if I need to pre-order one of the items that are out of stock?

Q. Is your business operating normally during the pandemic?
A. Yes, we are operating normally, but we are taking the necessary precautions to disinfect all our jewelry pieces. We use rubbing alcohol and mild soap an water solution to clean the jewelry before shipping it.
Q. How do I take care of my jewelry?
A. Please do cut the thread. Do not wear in the water. Store away from direct sunlight. Spot clean backing with rubbing alcohol. Clean jewelry with polishing cloth. Be mindful when wearing jewelry during vigorous exercise. Also, you can use a gentle jewelry cleaner or a very mild soap and water solution to clean your seed bead jewelry.
